Hi everyone - CiCi and Jo-Anna in Acapulco. I hear flem in my baby´s throat and she is making her cow noises, but no regurgitation, no heavy breathing and lots of energy. We had extra chair time, extra lap time and I put her back on slippery elm and her neck collar. I am taking her to the vet tomorrow to check her lungs, but what can I do in the meantime...and as my vet knows very little about ME are there antibiotics that can help with the flem? I have scralfato, should I start her on that instead of slippery elm? It is beyond hot and humid here and she barked like crazy at the tree trimmers this am and now she is uncomfortable...definitely no walks tonight.
